Cyber Resilience Act Reporting (EU Regulation 2024/2847)

To report a potential actively exploited vulnerability (i.e. any cybersecurity flaw that is actively being exploited by malicious actors) or a serious incident (i.e. any event that compromises the availability, authenticity, integrity, or confidentiality of the product’s data or functions), please send an email to security@rgm.it.

The report should include, at a minimum:

• Product identification: Commercial name, model and, where available, the affected software or firmware versions.
• Nature of the vulnerability or serious incident: A preliminary summary description of the identified issue.

RGM S.r.l. will promptly take charge of the reported issue and provide appropriate feedback.
